We have carried out new build projects on both a small and large scale – enlisting the help of trusted and experienced tradesmen to help carry out various aspects of the build. This includes bricklaying, plastering, installation of utilities and electrics, plumbing, flooring and roofing.
Before proceeding, we will give you a cost-breakdown of each aspect of the build, as well as providing estimated start and end dates.
The idea starts with you, but we’re on-hand to help you develop it.
As experienced tradesmen, we can help you expand on your ideas to create your ideal home. When pressing ahead with the build of your property, you will have a budget in mind, and we will advise on how to make the best use of it when sourcing quality materials.
During the building phase, and certainly upon completion, we will walk you through your new home to explain the most important features, and we will advise you on how to maintain the property.
